It’s that time of the year again – Santa will make his return to Oak Park this Saturday (12/14) at approximately 7PM and is planned to start his run at our north entrance. From there he will head down Gallagher Loop to Haynes, turning left on Haynes to make the loop and then exit at Haynes and Dodd. Keep in mind they are unable to turn the firetruck around on Belle Meade, so residents down there should come out to Belle Meade and Gallagher or meet in the park for viewing.
A few key reminders –
- Please help make sure that our little elves don’t wander out into the street as the firetruck comes by
- Santa will be passing out candy from the truck
- We will be serving hot cocoa, cookies and s’mores in the park after Santa drives away
- Seminole County Fire Department may have to cancel or end the run at the last minute if they receive a call for service or due to inclement weather
- Dress warm – it will be chilly out!
If Seminole county determines they will need to cancel due to inclement weather, they will work with us to try and reschedule a new date.
