We recently became aware of a Community Meeting regarding the proposed development of land that is adjacent to the Oak Park homes on Haynes Circle. At this time we are not sure what type of development they are looking to do other than the planned rezoning of the land. The meeting will be held at 6PM on Tuesday November 12th at the Elks Lodge (4755 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, FL 32792). Please see the attached notice that our neighbors received for additional details. We are not sure what will be discussed at the meeting but we encourage you to attend and stay informed.
