It’s that time of the year again – we are a week away from our annual meeting. You should have received a notice in the mail by now, but if you haven’t, you will find one attached to this email. The meeting will be Tuesday, April 30th at the Fellowship Church of Winter Springs starting at 7PM. We cannot stress how important attendance at the meeting is to ensure you stay current with everything going on in the community! If you can’t attend, not a problem; attached you will also find a proxy. Completing a proxy helps ensure that we have enough members represented for quorum to ensure that we can conduct business. If you are unable to attend and would like to complete a proxy, please reply to this email with your name, address, and the best time for a board member to stop by and pick it up. Requests for pick up will be accepted up to the day of the meeting.
During the annual meeting we will also hold elections for the 2019/2020 board of directors. While nominations can be made from the floor, if you are interested running, please reply to this email so that we can have ballots printed in advance of the meeting.
